YachtPartnership.org and YachtCondoPartners.com seek your personal contact information solely for the purpose of contacting you inorder that we may provide you with information regarding the selling of partnerships in the yacht SHAPAMA.

WE TAKE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION VERY SERIOUSLY.

We do not sell or trade your personal information with any third parties. We keep your contact information in a secure database that will be referenced only to contact you and will be deleted as soon as we have terminated these sites or upon your request.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy it is necessary to define the parties involved and the terms used. "We" refers to the site owners of YachtPartnership.org, YachtCondoPartners.com, and the owner of the motor yacht SHAPAMA. "You" and all derivatives referring to the 2nd person refer to all patrons who enter(ed) their personal information in the CONTACT section OR in the body of an EMAIL sent to either of the aforementioned websites or owners of the websites respectively.

"personal contact information" refers to any information the patron physically enters in the text fields of the CONTACT sections or in an email.

Exceptions

Although YachtPartnership.org and YachtCondoPartners.com are secure sites and we pursue security seriously, we unable to counter all malicious technological scams (SPAM and BlackHat hacks). If your information is stolen whilst in transit from the contact page or from your email client or server to our email WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE as these are acts that are beyond our control. We have addressed security issues with our CONTACT form as is, but we cannot be responsible for the security on the user end. Please use at your own risk.
This being said, we have not had any issues with security nor any complaints by patrons thus far.
